Refund policy

You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and sent back in their original packaging. We don't charge any fees for accepting returns – what you see is what you get, including our returns policy.

To start a return, contact us at info@allinastore.com with your order number, and our team will guide you through the entire process. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to make sure your package reaches us safely.

If you'd like to exchange a product, just let us know when you contact us, and we'll help you choose the right option.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll refund the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need a few additional days to complete the transfer.
